新人研修

新年度が始まって1週間が経ちました。この時期毎年恒例の新人研修を園内で行いました。宮下企画の宮下正子先生を講師にお招きし、1年目から4年目までの職員が参加し、保育者としての心得を2時間お話ししていただきました。
